Education Qualification:
  • SME Credit Analyst:
    • CA/MBA(Finance)/PGDM(Finance)/PGDBM(Finance)orequivalentpostgraduationdegree(Twoyearsfulltimeregularcourse)fromRecognized University/College.
    • Minimum3years’ofpostbasicqualificationworkexperienceason01.01.2020inaBank/NBFC/PSU/FIs/Credit Rating Agency. Post qualification experience in high value credit is must.Experience should be in appraisal/assessment of credit proposals of medium/large corporates.
  • Product Manager:
    • B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics from recognized University/Institutions
    • Preference will be given to candidate with MBA from recognized University/ Institution.
  • Manager (Data Analyst):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science from recognized University/Institute
  • Manager (Digital Marketing):
    • MBA(Marketing)/PGDM(Marketing)/PGDBM (Marketing)/MMS (Marketing) from recognized University/ Institute
  • Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata:
    • Post Graduation in the domain relevant to the position.
    • Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain alongwith Ph.D. degree.
    • Minimum percentage of marks: 55%
    • Other qualifications: Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in thier respective domains.
  • Sr. Executive (Digital Relations):
    • B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute#.
    • Preferred: Full time MBA/ Full time Digital Marketing Certificate from recognised University/ Institute#.
  • Sr. Executive (Analytics):
    • B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute#. OR MCA/ MBA (Business Analytics)/ PG (Statistics) #.
    • Preferred: Certification in Data Science/ Big data from Jigsaw Academy/ Manipal Prolearn/ XLRI/ Reva University/ NMIMS/ IFMR/ IMT or from any Govt. approved Universities/ Institutions#.
  • Sr. Executive (Digital Marketing):
    • B.E./ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from recognised University/ Institute#.
    • Preferred: Full time MBA/ Full time Digital Marketing Certificate from recognised University/ Institute#.
  • Executive (FI & MM):
    • Graduation* in Rural Economy/ Agriculture & Allied Activities/ Horticulture as 4 years full-time course.
    • Preferred: Post-Graduation* (with same specialisation).
  • Sr. Executive (Social Banking & CSR):
    • Graduation* (full time) in any stream.
    • Preferred: Graduation* in Social Sciences/ Social Work OR Post-Graduation* (preferably in same stream
  • Banking Supervisory Specialist:
    • Graduate / Post Graduate or any professional qualification in Banking, Finance or Management related areas
  • Manager – Anytime Channel:
    • BE/BTech in IT stream only (Electronics & Communications / Computer / Electrical / Information Sciences)
  • Deputy Manager (IS Audit):
    • BE/ B.Tech. (as on 01.01.2020) in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentations with minimum 60% marks.
    • Compulsory: CISA (passing date should be prior to date of advertisement)
    • Preferred Qualification: CEH, CISSP, OSCP
  • Chief Officer (Security):
    • Experience: The candidate should have severed in the rank of Brigadier or above in Army or a person of equivalent rank in Navy/ Air Force or Police Officer of the rank of IG or person of equivalent rank in Paramilitary services. The officer should be released/ retired before 01.04.2020. Officers from fighting arms will be given preference.
  • Vice President (Stressed Assets Marketing):
    • CA/MBA/CMA/ACS/PGDM or PG in Management from recognized university/ college as 2 years full time regular course. Specialisation in Finance will be preferred
  • Chief Manager (Special situation Team):
    • CA/MBA/CMA/ACS/PGDM or PG in Management from recognized university/ college as 2 years full time regular course. Specialisation in Finance will be preferred

    • Graduation/Post Graduation from Government recognized University/Institution or Reputed Colleges.
    • Other preferred qualification: Knowledge and Experience in Market Analytics and Passion for Research in Economics trend and Products.
  • Central Research Team (Portfolio Analysis & Data Analytics):
    • MBA/PGDM/Post graduation in Statistics/ Data Analytics from Government recognized University or Institution.
  • Central Research Team (Support):
    • Graduates/ Postgraduates in Commerce/ Finance/ Economics/ Management/ Mathematics/ Statistics from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Investment Officer:
    • Graduates/ Postgraduates from Government recognized University or Institution.
    • o Certification by NISM/CWM mandatory.
