LIC Apprentice Development Officer (ADO) Recruitment: LIC ADO is primarily a marketing position that requires significant mobility through tours covering the entire area assigned to the selected candidate. They will be expected to find and sponsor suitable candidates for appointment as Life Insurance Agents, train them properly, and procure insurance business for the Corporation through his/her unit of Agents. They will also be required to provide prompt after-sales service to policyholders.
